Over one night in New York City, lives of disparate strangers intersect by fate and circumstance.
A couple faces marital problems and mental illness in this stark drama set in New York City. After Rick (Clint Jordan) takes a sabbatical to recover from a mental breakdown, he and his wife, Joyce (Kirsten Russell), invite Rick's co-workers over to celebrate his impending return to the office. But Rick's gone off his meds, and as his mental state deteriorates, Joyce slips into her own world of insanity

There are differences on the year of this film. The hard copy and Amazon say 2005 Amazon for this title, IMDb and Rotten Tomatoes say 2003 so I am not sure of the year. The hardcopy dvd did say 2005 and to make it more confusing, there are other films with this title.
