Minecraft - Create your own server the easy way!

Create your own Minecraft 1.4.7 server the easy way!!!

Simply extract the BUKKIT.zip file to your computer and run the buksm.exe file located in the bukkit_server_manager_1170 folder.
First you will need to set up port forwarding on your router in order for other people to connect to your server.

Determine the local IP of your server computer by right clicking on your network icon located at the bottom right hand corner of the screen and click Open Network and Sharing Center. Another window will pop up, then click on See full map. Wait for your computer to generate the network map and point your curser over the first computer in the network which should be your server. The IPv4 Address will appear. It should be something like 192.168.0.7. This is the IP you will need to set port forwarding to.

You will need to port forward port 25565 to your IP address which you will find from the network map which you should have done previously.

If you want Dynmap to work, you must also port forward port 8123 to your local IP.

If you do not wish to use this method or creating a server, you can create a small Hamachi server. Install Hamachi from the tools folder. Once you have installed Hamachi and set it up, it will give you an IP address. This is the IP you must share with your friends who must also have Hamachi installed on their computers.

You may need to tweak the plugins to your taste, however all the permissions are set up and ready to go.
