This is a sort of a late-night reality/gag TV show featuring models dressed in sexy police uniforms, wearing short skirts ("minisuka" refers to "miniskirt").



The models are assigned to do various tasks ranging from playing games to doing sexy poses to catching lizards -- anything that makes them accidentally expose their underwear. This is the ultimate upskirts show. ("Upskirt" is "panchira" (????) in Japanese).



As of this writing, there are 13 batches in all. The first batch was shown in 1996.This is the 1st DVD from the 10-DVD Minisuka Police box set. It features the top three best episodes from the first batch of the show, plus an extra.
