OK! there is no need for new crack ... just follow these steps :

1- uninstall the splash pro ex
2- install the new one
3- go to C:Users{YOURUSER}AppDataLocalMirillis
3- this time open ico_update_splash.png and draw a line
4- save it and make it read only !
5- DONE
