Torrent's legit, you just gotta change the language to English.
Open "Run" with (Windows Key+R) and type "regedit"
Then go to this path ->
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREWow6432NodeEA GamesMirror's Edge
(This is the path in my Win8.1 64bit anyway)
Edit Language to "English" and Locale to "en"
And Voilà!
