Enjoyed the movie.
It's watchable, however you can easily see the low frame rate, and that may bother you for the first couple of minutes, or if you are anal about it, for the whole movie. The sound is somewhat drowned, but everything is there, so you won't have a problem understanding the dialog, and well, it's still better than a cam audio.
If you really want to watch this movie, I would recommend waiting for a better copy, but if you are ok with a lower frame rate (stuttering) and not the crispest audio out there, this is more than decent!

LD: Oh, btw, the ratings I gave are related to the actual type of Rip, so for a webrip, this is in the subpar tier, still decent, but badly recorded.
