This is "Mister X: Frozen Assets", serialized in "Dark Horse Presents" issues 33 thru 35.

By my count, that makes it the fourth instalment of "Mister X" published by Dark Horse, following the miniseries "Condemned" (2009) and "Eviction" (2013), and "Hard Candy" (2012) from earlier in the DHP run.
