Instructions:

2. Make sure your Android device is ROOTED.
3. Use any file manager (e.g. File Expert) or ROM Toolbox Pro to install apk.
4. Enjoy.

Modded Google Play Store DOES NOT let you download paid apps for free. Instead, for apps that do not have a 'lite' or 'free' version, it lets you download the paid app (in exchange for money) and keep the app when you hit the 'refund' button. Also, it lets you run cracked apps without having to revert to Lucky Patcher.
