Fast download. 38 seconds to get this file but then again, its not exactly a large one. The PDF file I got had 276 pages though so interesting to see more of the poses and such.

-------- I could see where some of these poses come in handy for modeling and some for artists. I do have three concerns with this particular file. 1st: Varying levels of pixelation. 2nd: Over and under compensation of tone, color and other image adjustments. 3rd: Some photos not in natural element. Contrast as opposed to a white background can be helpful for artists and models to highlight particular pros and cons of a particular pose. In my personal opinion, I'd redo the work but then that's just my photographer and graphic design side speaking.\n
