Copy this folder to your phone then android then obb (phone/android/obb), if you don't have obb folder create one and copy the folder above to obb folder
If you get a black screen then try to copy to sdcard/android/obb
Can you tell me which version of S4 are you using, and Android version (4.2.2, 4.3, 4.4.2 ?)
Mine is S4 i9505 Android 4.4.2
P.S: Don't forget to follow the other instructions as well
I've tested on mine & it's working so there's prob. something wrong
