2) Download our full alterSolution client

Using our patch on an official MW2 client is the preferred way, and the easiest.
In case you use our full client, make sure it has the file "altersolution.exe", if it does not, simply apply the patch on that client.
Before starting up your client, make sure you edit your name in alterIWnet.ini
Otherwise you'll just play with the name "Name"
