DVD4 and DVD8 have been reencoded with a 6-pass CCE, the rest are regular rips from DVD-5 originals. The original recordings were done in the days before HDTV, so I don't think anyone will notice a quality drop on the two reencoded disks compared to the rest...



As for seeding bandwith: expect a significant increase in a few days.

I've started leeching and have noticed that 22 peers out of 24 have their downloads complete at 94.1% Seems like the original seed isn't around anymore and a 32.0 GiB is too large of a release for hanging in there and betting on a 100% seeder to show up.
