First, follow the given steps.
Second, right-click (cmd-click) on the DP 8 application and choose "Show Package Contents"
Third, copy the file from the crack folder and paste it into /Content/MacOS (replacing the existing one)
Optional, use HandsOff or LIttle Snitch to block outgoing for Digital Performer.
