I had a slight problem with 'CDImage5.cue' not working in Cuetools (splitting into tracks) or with 'Burrn' (CD writer).
Here's a workaround if others experience it.

Open 'CDImage5.cue' in Notepad
Line 4 reads: FILE "CDImage.ape" WAVE
Edit to read: FILE "CDImage5.ape" WAVE
Then save.

The other 4 cue files work fine.
