Are you asking about this MP4 release or about TiNY releases...
Nothing special...
For MP4, I use x264... CLI.. GUIs are equally good.
I just use x265 with slower or veryslow presets.
I use x265 cli with avs, but guis give same if they provide enough settings... As GUIs, MeGUI and IFME looks good. Ppl use Handbrake too, but I don't like it, since it does not give us to add custom switches (in x264)... I have only used MeGUI ans GUIs... and it is good...
