As I See... this is a repacked game... so it is the game and the DLCs all together.... you won't be able to download the DLC separately from this torrent.

Well... by all means... Bu if you see the files to download, there re two .pkg containing the game and the DLCs already packed, and a third with the fix... if you are able to unpack those pkg, find the DLC related files and transfer them to your PS3.... then you're done. BUT... you have to download the whole thing anyway, don't you? ;)

There is no emulator for playing ps3 games in pc...
