thx, but still i have same issue will all fixes =( after finishing the first battle with madara and go for next chapter when i enter the chapter its stuck in the Next Chapter Preview black screen =(
i didnt find any solution please if you have one please provide it

1) Try updating the drivers & boost the Ram by clearing the unnecessary processes.

(You can use Razer Cortex to boost the RAM).

2) Clean the junk files & fix registry errors.

(You can use Advanced SystemCare".

3) Restart your PC.

4) End the unnecessary tasks with the task manager.

5) Use the fix & run the game again.
