No, the runtime on the file is 4hr and 11mins and the race broadcast time is approx. 2hr and 41mins **Commercials included**. I did not stop in time and do not have time to re-encode. Sorry for the overlap. This is a TRUE 720p file the only NASCAR race ever that I am aware of. Please bare with me as this is a process for me. Thanks
