Mahmoud Zarrad, supreme leader of Kajastan attends parachute jumping exercises at a local airfield. Natasha who is a member of the flying club is aware of the head of state's intention to recruit Fairweather, a skydiving instructor, to train his paratroopers to invade an impregnable citadel where his rival, Prince Chandra Abkar has taken refuge.
