It took me a while to install this game, tried it a couple of times on my tablet and finally figure it out, all instruction below are correct except they forgot to mention that it should be done on the internal memory and not on external SD card which most of us will do since this is huge file.
1. Extract File.\n

OBB> on the internal memory of the device.\n/">2. Extract "nb3_106_d4t3" which is the OBB files. Put "main.2.com.t2ksports.nba2k13android" obb files on Android>OBB> on the internal memory of the device.\n

data.\n/">3. Extract "NBA2K13 TB". Put "com.t2ksports.nba2k13android" data files on Android>data.\n
4. Put APK file inside android folder.\n
5. Install the game. \n
Once you install the game, you will no longer go to the download update button and game will start automatically.

100% works on my cmflare thnx :)

Works great. You just need to put the exact files under obb and data folder. Then, download update is not required thus, removing the error "You have not purchased the game". Using Samsung S2 and I am now playing the game.
