The inspiration for this shawl suddenly came one evening while just trying on different necklaces for an out-door wedding that required me to drape a lace wrap that would show-off my necklace with a pendant. A semi-circular shawl slowly evolved with this inspiration. It is knit in two colors, main and contrasting, and in sections with increases made on either RS or WS rows. 7 sections complete the shawl with 3 of them showing oval, round, heart shaped and diamond pendants. Pattern includes both written instructions and clear charts. I chose two patterns from my small collection of Japanese stitch dictionaries and incorporated them into this pattern. Yarns used MC: Spring Tree Road Emeline Sock yarn. Hedera, 434 yds/396 m; 100gms/3.52 oz; 50% Superwash, 50% merino, 50% silk: 2 skeins CC: Spring Tree Road Muscadine Sock 4 ply fingering weight yarn, Fox Glove: 460 yds/420 m; 100 gms/3.53 oz; 75% Merino, 25% Nylon: 1 skein. Errata For Sections 6 & 7 knit the first and last sts on all rows for a neater finish.
