Its encoded with HEVC (x265) codec, so you need to have a player that support HEVC videos. Try Pot Player, I had the same problem you might have on VLC, pot player can vanish your problems. https://potplayer.daum.net/

Your VLC is old.. Thats why.. Try updating your VLC player to version 2.1.5 or above
