Plot summary

Bruce Lee clone Bruce Le stars in this sleazy and action-packed 1980s martial arts film, highlights of which include an extended fight sequence on the Spanish Steps in Rome, a freeze-frame decapitation scene, a balding businessman being overpowered by drug-addled nymphomaniacs, a topless sunbather being shot at by a sniper on a beach and an exchange of blows on the set of a French porn film, all interspersed with cartoon inserts of pulsating hearts and breaking bones..

When gangster Bruce is released from prison, he is given a new assignment from his mafia boss to help kidnap the ambassadors daughter. Refusing the mission, Bruce now only wants to leave the crime world behind and settle down with his girlfriend. The boss does not like the idea of being turned down, so he sends Bruces former friend, Ron Wong(Hwang Jang Lee) out to kill him. Saved from the attack by the FBI, Bruce returns the favor by helping with the recent kidnapping of ambassadors daughter Sophie, the same mission that he was asked to do.

Beating information from a suspect in Paris, Bruce and the FBI return to Rome and go their separate ways. After his girlfriend is killed by the Mafia bosses men, Bruce decides to accept the agents request to help further with the case. When the search leads to Bruces hometown
of Marcu, he discovers that his father has been murdered and his sister kidnapped by two Japanese Ninjsitu experts(played by Bolo Yeung and Harold "Odd job" Sakata). Tracking Sophie and his sister to Sakatas house, Bruce finds that they are also holding a lot more kidnapped girls, and protecting the place are the deadly Japanese ninja. Saving the girls from Sakatas clutches, they return to Rome, but Bruces troubles are far from over. As soon as they return, Sophie is once again kidnapped. Bruce then receives a call from Ron and challenges him to a duel to the death at the coliseum.

This film is notable for probably being the only movie with both Bruce Lee and Chuck Norris lookalikes. There's other strangeness in here as well. Sakata played "Oddjob" in the Bond film Goldfinger, so every time he is onscreen, the Bond theme plays and Yueng plays basically
the same role as he did in Enter the Dragon, even though his character was killed off in that movie.

The soundtrack also audaciously samples the Enter the Dragon theme and includes cover versions of everything from Boogie Wonderland to Chanson D'Amour and even Cat Stevens Morning has Broken. Having seemingly exhausted the Bond villain references, the films finale provides a recreation of the ending of Way of the Dragon and sees Bruce summoned to the Coliseum in Rome and challenged to a battle to the death by someone identified on the video box as "Chick Norris", aka Corliss Randall, she was married to Dick Randall until his death in 1996. Cartoon inserts of breaking bones and a pulsating heart symbolize Chick taking lethal blows from a victorious Bruce. Oh and don't blink or you will miss the ninjas, who appear in the film for all of three minutes.
