I've read many biographies on The Rolling Stones but this is my favorite. Raw, real and uncut to the core and it traces the history of the group, their trials and tribulations, the evolution of their music and finally the settlement into celebrated rock icons that they are still today. An entertaining, interesting, highly readable and enjoyable work.
