OpenEmu is an emulation front-end for many open source emulators. I have downloaded the source from github and compiled using the latest xcode for OS X 10.8. This torrent includes the main app, and all the 1.0 release and experimental cores:

The Dolphin (Wii/GameCube) plugin DOES NOT work yet.

When you extract the archive, there is an "Application Support/OpenEmu" directory -- place this in your "/Users/~/Library/Application Support" directory. Put the app in /Applications. Launch and begin adding ROMs.
