OpenSSL 0.9.8h for Windows

For programs that use OpenSSL like Second Life and quite a few email clients. The usual source for Windows users is Shining Light Productions, but their latest offering didn\'t work (for me at least). Since up-to-date binary builds on Windows are hard to find, this will hopefully save a few people a bit of trouble.



These are the two dll\'s that most people will want, and are taken from the latest win32 build of Apache HTTP Server.
