Game engine is updated by modders I guess, Russian maybe?

So it is Painkiller which is an older game from around 2004, Fun, unique, really great game if you like to shoot a lot of things and like finding hidden objects in bizarre places this is for you.
So I recommend it, the original anyway I have not tried this version yet but plan on it
