Cinco anos após Katie (Kathie Featherston) matar a irmã Kristi (Sprague Grayden) e o cunhado Daniel (Brian Boland) e levar consigo o sobrinho Hunter, ela vive com o pequeno Robbie (Brady Allen) em uma casa. Do outro lado da rua mora a adolescente Alice (Kathryn Newton), que acompanha os passos do garoto juntamente com o amigo Alex (Matt Shively). Across the street lives a teenage Alice (Kathryn Newton), which tracks the steps of the boy along with his friend Alex (Matt Shively).
