are you using Utorrent 2.2.1 or higher. sounds like you have bandwidth manager disabled.. e.g. UTP control.

i see it has 18+ seeders now and peers getting 200kb/s in usa atleast

Hey! I am using 3.4.3, I went into preferences and checked but I have bandwidth manager enabled. I normally have sh*t speeds but I also would be expecting at least 200 with even 10 seeders... Weird..

are you win7-8? if not xp and lesser has 10 concurrent connection issue..

you would need to hack the tcp stack and increase it to 500

maybe other seeders and peers are blocking your ip or have initial seeding enabled
so if you dont seed chunks as you get them the utorrent will trottle you until you share back

I enabled it once it had 10 seeders myself


also maybe the ut port is being blocked.. a router issue could cause issues.

upnp enabled on router might be needed or port forwarding.

or perhaps try some fixed ports on utorrent like 6667 or some of the other predefined ports routers come with that might be open fully

Yep Win 7, Ok pumped it up to 500.. It has bumped it up to around 25kB/s

It's only upping at 1 kb/s, not taking any more than that..

one last thing.. the most seeders always found with demonii and openbittorren trackers. check the trackers tab and see if they have status working and 15+ seeders. else you might only see seeders via dht or the other trackers which dont show all seeders

it might mean your isp is blocking those trackers

is dht enabled?

also in peer list.(see tab at bottom when select the torrent). is there [UTP] in brackets after connected peers/seeders.. if so then the UTP is working for you and be bypassing isp tcp blocking
