This crap does not work just like the other upload, cant remove the files from the crack says need permission from both? Both? Both of what?

It's you that's having the problem, it's not the files fault.
Turn off your virus protection (allot of cracks give off a false positive alert on some virus protection software because of how the cracks work, it's blocking your ability to do anything with the folder)
Make sure it's off then install all your games in one directory
ie c:/games and then add this directory to your virus protection exemptions, that way when ever you do a scan your virus scanner wont disable your cracked games (mostly they will be .dlls)
