ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Paul Finch is a former policeman and journalist, now full-time author and scriptwriter.
He began his writing career on the British television programme The Bill. His early scripts were also for children's animation. He has written over 300 short stories which have appeared in magazines, such as the All Hallows, the magazine of the Ghost Story Society and Black Static. He also edits anthologies of Horror stories with the overall title of Terror Tales. He has written variously for the books and other spin-offs from Doctor Who.
He has won the British Fantasy Award twice and the International Horror Guild Award.
Paul lives in Wigan, Lancashire, UK with his wife and children.


ABOUT THE READER
Paul Thornley was born in London and trained at the Guildford School of Acting graduating with the Musical Theatre Award. He performed in the West End and European touring production of Scrooge with Anthony Newley.
Paul is a talented actor and interpreter of text, with a fantastic sense of timing and character. Paul has appeared in a number of popular television shows, including ITV's popular comedy drama Life Begins, Foyle's War and Ashes To Ashes; the sequel to the award-winning BBC drama Life On Mars.
Paul has been hailed by many as the 'The Voice of Crime' - due to his gripping and authentic narration of Layer Cake and Mark Billingham's bestselling Tom Thorne novels. He also brings brilliant warmth and humour to the observational comedy, The Understudy by David Nicholls.
