Paul Richard - Yoga (Lord) of the Nations

This is a very obscure text that should be of interest to anyone who's interested in Sri Aurobindo and The Mother.



Paul Richard was the husband of Mirra Richard (neé Alfassa) a.k.a. The Mother of the Sri Aurobindo Ashram. According to The Mother and Sri Aurobindo, Mirra's teacher Max Theon (viz. Hermetic Brotherhood of Luxor) was "The Lord of Death", and Paul Richard (her husband) was "The Lord of Nations" (a.k.a. "The Asura of Falsehood"). According to them, The Lord of Nations was occultly guiding and urging Hitler in his plan for global hegemony. According to them, The Lord of Nations is a demonic force that uses humans as instruments to accomplish his will. As the story goes, Hitler used to contact this demon and get advice. It is claimed that Sri Aurobindo was psychically aware of all of this, and that he impersonated The Lord of Nations, and prompted Hitler to launch the assault on the Russian front -- which ultimately lead to the weakening and downfall of the German army.



Make of that what you will, but that's the story as it came down to me.
