I found a way to play this on Windows 10. not really. Virtual machine - Windows XP

I basically found that the game only needed 2d graphics to play.
Disabling 3d support in vmware for the machine and disabling 3d support for directx in windows xp allowed the game to run at 640 x 480 8bit resolution. But it actually played.
