It means re packaged. If you notice an upload by example ABC 720 popcorn version, then an hour or a day later the same details ABC 720 popcorn repack, it suggests there may have been an issue with the first load, a missing part, out of sync, bad sound some reason to re release it. Glancing down the comments 5 days after release most of the uploaders have repacked versions, many of the comments would indicate the 1st versions skipped, so if you have a choice my advice is go for the repack over the original, or pick another source that's not needed to repack, and had no negative comments it's down to the individual
