Opis:

Gdy wydawało się, że Jigsaw umarł, okazało się, że ma następców. Równie bezwzględnych jak on, ale działających już bez jego filozoficznego imperatywu. Jego spadkobiercą, ogarniętym obsesją zabijania i stosującym także jego metody, staje się detektyw Hoffman (Costas Mandylor). Agenci FBI, zachowując środki ostrożności, próbują zbliżyć się do Hoffmana, ale ten podejmuje z nimi śmiercionośną grę, wierząc, że jej finał pozwoli zrozumieć światu plan Jigsawa.

Storyline:

Special Agent Strahm is dead, and Detective Hoffman has emerged as the unchallenged successor to Jigsaw's legacy. However, when the FBI draws closer to Hoffman, he is forced to set a game into motion, and Jigsaw's grand scheme is finally understood.
