What the hell is that suppose to mean? NAND has nothing to do with Dolphin itself. NAND requires a hb console to backup your NAND memory. If you are downloading NAND backups, then you are inherently doing it wrong. So the whole "*or*" part is a bit misleading and should more be a required aspect if you'd really want to adhere to Dolphin standards.
A backup inherently implies you made it.
