Can someone clear up the episode sequence for me, please? I know that there's no 23 and 24 due to them not screening at all, but I have "Battling for the love..." as 25, the Emolga episodes as 26 and 27... shouldn't "Litwick" be 28?

Cartoon Palace decided to follow the intended airing order for ep 23 and 24, but decided to switch to final airing order on 26 and later. [Assuming intended airing order] Initially, EP 23-24 [Rocket Gang vs Plasma Gang (Part 1 and 2)] and 26 [Fishing Tournament of Hiun City! Fisher Sommelier Dent Appears!] were postponed, but Episode 26 finally aired between Episode 39 and 40. Therefore, Cartoon Palace decided to move Episode 26 to Episode 39, and push what was originally episode 27-39 by one episode number back.
Meanwhile, Pokemon-Originals uses the final airing order for dubbed releases, and intended Japanese airing order for their Japanese raw releases. Cartoon World uses the intended Japanese airing order for their releases.
