What is a Portable game?



A portable game is a PC game that you carry around with you on a portable device, such as a flash drive or external hard drive.

Example : You can play at work or at school on your desktop or laptop.

They tend to work on certain operating systems,

and sometimes will work on 1 computer, but not on another computer

with the same operating system

1.RIGHT CLICK ON THE ICON

2.GO TO "PROPERTIES"-"COMPATIBILITY"

3.SET "COMPATIBILITY MODE"

4.MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE "RUN THIS PROGRAM IN COMPATIBILITY MODE FOR"

5.THEN SET IT (so it runs in either Windows ME, 2000, XP SP1/2/3 or Vista) AND HIT APPLY TO MAKE THE GAME WORK
