Portal - 100% working

This torrent was converted to a compact executable from the Unleashed version, and it contains certain fixes. I thought it would be easier to make it work.

Fixes:

- fixed VCONFIG parameter error
- fixed crash during game loading
- fixed "MountAppFilesystem()" error


After downloading, run the exe, follow the installation steps and run Portal.
