this is some layers of makeup for adding to other textures faces.
you need a program that can handle PSD files such as photoshop Paint Tool SAI.

it's mostly dark eye shadows with bright outlines. a few dark hard and soft eyeliners, and some lips.
not great but might be of some use to someone.
