This is a collection of studio recordings from the 60's Mod bands know as Powder & The Art Collection presented to us from Big Beat Records. These 2 bands were fronted by Rich Martin along with his brother Tom between 1965 to 1969. The Art Collection was also joined by Ray Columbus at various points as a guest. Neither band ever released an official studio album, but they released a fair amount of singles, most presented here. You can read a whole lot more about their history in the liner notes.
