Description

A Predator stalks North Am 4001, searching for his most prized trophy -- the X-O Manowar helmet. The stolen trophy has fallen into the hands of a certain Goph, a man called Magnus, whose steel-mashing strength has earned him the title Robot Fighter -- thus the stage is set for the battle of the 41st century!

Who among us can remember MAGNUS, ROBOT FIGHTER??? I do, IO had all the series , up to number thirty or so, if they went that high, a bizarre series, where a single individual, strengthened over a long childhood - into an UBER-MENSCH - fought against the tyranny of the metal. He alone could destroy the robots with a single blow of his hand, which had metal implanted (as all his limbs were) with a metal alloy that helped him destroy the evil 'bots.
So, predator vs Magnus? Actually, Magnus will have a hard time, with the Pred's camouflage techniques. I say, Predator in three rounds, or less, but that is probably not how it will turn out.
Hey thanks for finding this, and dredging up old comic memories of times long gone, but not forgotten.
