There is no option to upgrade to the full version of Pro Tools from Pro Tools SE.

Burn this with PowerISO to a DVD-R/DVD-RW, Make sure you burn image. Then when it's done eject and put it back in and install simple as that. Or you can use PowerISO to mount Protools to a virtual drive and install from there.
