it's in russian and I can't read russian to change the language to english unless it's only in russian if that's the case it should say russian only

There is an English interface as well as audio. You should have selected that while installing the game. Since you have it installed already, try changing the language in "ini" (3DMGAME.ini?) file or in the registry.
