must have an error during download or best try to re copy the extracted game to your external hdd then re install to your ps3.. im also having problem with lag or minimal hang during game.. but so far no stuck or ps3 hang yet..

Seems like the there is an issue of FTP transfer to PS3 creating a problem with audio. Therefore the audiofiles in folder NPC_blablabla (preferably both of them folders) must be carefully monitored that they are in place, and double checked.
