Format flash drive to FAT32
make a folder in the Device or Card called “PS3″ (ALL CAPS REQUIRED)
make a folder in the PS3 folder called “THEME” (ALL CAPS REQUIRED)
copy the files into the THEME folder
put into your ps3
go to themes
click install
click the memory card or USB device
Install and enjoy :D
