You CAN install any Habib CFW over Rogero, because Habib is pretty much Rogero with some additional tools. FYI this torrent is outdated, there is Habib 4.65 1.02 + Cobra, and also there are Darknet 4.66 and Ferrox 4.66 CFW.
AFAIK: Rogero quit the scene so no more cfw from him.
