place the ULUS10088010000 (game savedata) folder on your PSP MS (\PSP\SAVEDATA\) and you will be set.
You MUST load this savedata file!

RIP INFO:
Movies & vocal commentary files dummied, non-English data files deleted (why where they here?--there is no language option in this USA release), PSP firmware update deleted.
* In-game sound effects still work.

/>Select "RUNUMD Loadexec". "Allocate tables" set to "on" for best performance. "CPU/Bus speed" can be set to whatever you want, although the enemy AI will finish turns quicker at 333/166 MHz.

ADDITIONAL INFO:
Rarely the game will crash. This happened with MeetJoeBlack's fix--before this rip. It's a feat that this game works at all, so I'm sure you'll be happy to just reload and play on.
