Part 1 of a great and fairly comprehensive torrent of 80s hardcore music, first posted to Demonoid. This is not my torrent, but I thought it would be worth trying to bring back to life. All props go to uploader "dagsound" at Demonoid. Please download the whole torrent, not just individual albums, and seed for as long as possible.

If people want it, I will upload part 2.

"Here's part one of a three-part series of torrents on some of the best 1980s hardcore albums. The first two torrents include Pushead's famous top 80s hardcore records, that he published in the March 1990 issue of Thrasher. It's because of this (in)famous list that many of the albums on the list are now over-priced rarities on the intarwebs. In this torrent, I've included what I have from the first 49 albums from the list. Part Two will include 50-100. Part Three will include other albums that could have made the list and some compilations, maybe a little punk, too.

I'm missing Process of Elimination Sampler and the Four Old 7"s on 12" album from Dischord. I think I included the correct LP from The Stalin, though Pushead called it something else. And I've included Channel 3's I've Got a Gun EP, not the Manzanar 12". Other than that, this is 1-49 of Pushead's list of 100 top hardcore albums. I'll be posting 50-100 soon. Keep your eyes open.
