clear picture, but NO AUDIO!!!!

Try a different player, works fine on the pc but no audio when run on PS3, probably a codec issue.

I personally test every upload before posting so know the audio is fine and in sync. Sounds like you codecs need updating, try installing the latest K Lite codec pack:
